Breath and Reflection under the Strawberry Moon

The Strawberry Moon, the last full moon of spring, reminds us that things take time to ripen. It shows us that sweetness comes not through rushing. It comes through patience, care, and the quiet work that happens beneath the surface.

This moon is a symbol of culmination and transition. It marks a time to harvest the inner growth we’ve nurtured. We gently release what we no longer need. This prepares us for new seasons, new chapters, and new adventures.

🌿 The Call to Explore Within

This month, I’ve been reflecting on exploration. It involves not just the world around us. It also includes the inner landscapes we often avoid.

Adventure isn’t always outward. Sometimes, it’s the quiet courage of sitting with discomfort. Of getting curious about our triggers. Of asking ourselves:

What am I really feeling right now?
What am I ready to release under this full moon?

To explore internally is to choose a path of truth. It is a journey that winds through shadow and light, stillness and sensation. One that gently says:

“You are safe. You are allowed to change. You are allowed to rest.”

🌬 Breath, Body, and the Inner Reset

I’ve learned through meditation. I’ve learned through coaching. I’ve learned through motherhood and burnout. When we reconnect with the breath, we reconnect with ourselves.

The nervous system doesn’t heal through force or willpower. It heals through rhythm, through presence, through softness.

There is no greater adventure than the journey inward.
And there is no better time to begin than now.

🌕✨ A Simple Strawberry Moon Ritual & Breath Practice

As the full moon rises, give yourself 5–10 quiet minutes to pause and reconnect with your body.

🍓 The Sweet Letting Go Ritual

  1. Find a quiet space (outside under the moon if possible, or near a window)
  2. Sit or lie down with your hands on your belly or heart
  3. Take 3 deep, nourishing breaths — in through the nose, out through the mouth
  4. Gently ask yourself:
What have I been holding that I’m ready to release?
What sweetness is ripening in me now?
  5. On each exhale, imagine letting go of tension, urgency, or expectations
  6. On each inhale, welcome in softness, breath, and clarity

Let your body feel safe in stillness.

Let your nervous system feel the space to reset.

When you’re done, whisper a simple affirmation:

“I release what I no longer need. I soften into what is already here. I am ready to receive.”
