If My Coffee Mug Could File a Complaint

To whom it may concern,

This coffee was poured with intention and optimism. It has since been reheated once and abandoned.

The mug would like to note:

• It was placed on the table near a sippy cup and a cereal box
• It has endured crumbs of unknown origin
• It was picked up, put down, and forgotten more times than seems reasonable
  

After preparation, it never reached a comfortable drinking temperature. Additionally, the mug would like to report:

• Excessive background noise
• Repeated interruptions during critical moments
• A general lack of respect for personal space
  

The mug understands that this is a family establishment. It does not understand why it has been cold since 9:14 a.m.  In closing, the mug requests:

• A moment of peace
• Or at least a clean surface
  

Failing that, it will accept:

• Being finished eventually
• Or quietly poured out and replaced tomorrow
  

No further action is required.  This complaint is for documentation purposes only.
