My Session: Awakening Your True Desire – A Mindful Journey Beyond Limitation
On Day 2 of the summit, I’ll be leading a session that is especially close to my heart.
Through guided journaling, gentle coaching, and a closing meditation, we’ll explore your deeper desires and shift the limiting thoughts that hold you back. You’ll leave grounded, empowered, and equipped with a simple self-coaching practice you can return to anytime life feels unclear.
You’ll learn to embody a new energy and mindset that allows those desires to unfold. Guided inquiry and somatic awareness will bring clarity. This will help you connect with the part of you that already knows the way forward. You’ll move beyond fear, beyond doubt, and beyond the noise, tune in to your deepest, soul-level desires, and shift the internal beliefs that block those desires
A Practice to Begin Now: The 4-Step Mindful Thought Inquiry
As a preview of my session, here is one of the core practices I’ll be guiding live. You can start using it today—especially when you feel stuck in a loop of overthinking or inner limitation.
✨ This is where peace begins: with awareness, compassion, and truth.
Step 1- Presence: Pause and Breathe
Get present. Place a hand on your heart or belly.
Take a slow, conscious breath. Feel your body.
Notice: I am here. I am safe in this moment.
Step 2- Presence: Notice the Thought
What thought is present in this moment? Name it without judgment. Gently name it without judgment. Take a slow breath in. As you exhale, soften.
Example: “I’m not doing enough.”
Example: “I’ll never figure this out.”
Ask:
If I can observe this thought… who is the one observing?
The moment you become aware of the thought, you are resting in awareness. And awareness is peace, love. You are the sky, not the storm.
Step 3- Possibility: question the thought
Ask yourself: What is actually here, in this moment?” How does this thought feel in my body? Where do I notice tension or emotion? Can I meet this feeling with breath, presence, and love?
Let yourself soften here. You are not your thought — you are the one witnessing it.
You may notice the thought is a fear, not a fact. And from presence, you can meet it with love and compassion.
Step 4- Shift with Compassion and Kindness
Ask: Is this thought true? Is there a more loving truth I can choose instead? Gently choose a thought that brings more compassion or possibility.
For example, I’m doing my best. I don’t have to figure it all out right now. I am love. I am enough.
Even a small shift matters. One breath. One gentle response. One courageous truth.
And from this place, what action would be loving right now? What is now possible without the limiting thought? From Presence → Peace → Possibility – this practice helps you come home to yourself.
