When you feel stuck or overwhelmed, try this: π Notice 5 things you can see π€ Touch 4 things around you π Listen for 3 sounds π Identify 2 scents π Notice 1 taste
2. Nervous System Reset Breathing: π¨ Breathe in for 4 counts βΈοΈ Hold for 4 counts π¨ Exhale for 6 counts π Repeat 4-5 times
